The DCAN FD IP Core from DCD-SEMI delivers a powerful, flexible, and scalable solution for integrating Controller Area Network (CAN) communication into modern embedded systems. Designed for seamless implementation in ASIC, SoC, or FPGA architectures, this advanced controller fully complies with the ISO11898-1:2015 standard, ensuring reliable operation with industry-proven CAN protocols.
Supporting both Classical CAN and CAN FD, the DCAN FD IP Core enables high-bandwidth, low-latency communication while maintaining full backward compatibility. Physical connection to the CAN bus is achieved using external transceiver hardware, allowing developers to tailor their system design to specific application requirements.
